Granting Access to Social Media Profiles

Facebook Business Suite:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to the Meta Business Suite dashboard.
  2. Click on the “Settings” tab located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  3. In the left sidebar menu, select “People” under the “Settings” section.
  4. Click on the “Add People” button.
  5. Enter the email address or Facebook profile name of the person you want to add. (Facebook Profile: Amy Jo Dillard)
  6. Select the role you want to assign to the person (e.g., Admin, Editor, Moderator, Analyst).
  7. Click on the “Invite” button to send an invitation to the person.
  8. The invited person will receive an email or notification prompting them to accept the invitation and access the Meta Business Suite dashboard.

LinkedIn:

  1. Log in to your LinkedIn account and navigate to the LinkedIn Page you want to manage.
  2. Click on the “Admin tools” dropdown menu located on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select “Page Admins” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the “Invite to become an admin” button.
  5. Enter the email address or LinkedIn profile URL of the person you want to add. (amy@dillardllc.com)
  6. Select the role you want to assign to the person (e.g., Admin, Editor, Analyst).
  7. Click on the “Invite” button to send an invitation to the person.
  8. The invited person will receive an email prompting them to accept the invitation and access the LinkedIn Page as an admin.

TikTok:

  1. Open the TikTok app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile by tapping on the “Me” icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on the three dots (…) or “More” option at the top right corner of your profile.
  4. Select “Manage account” from the menu.
  5. Scroll down and tap on “Login services” under the “Security” section.
  6. Tap on “Add Account Admin” or “Add Sub Account” option.
  7. Enter the TikTok username or email address of the person you want to add. (amy@dillardllc.com)
  8. Select the role you want to assign to the person (e.g., Admin, Content Manager).
  9. Tap on the “Add” or “Invite” button to send an invitation to the person.
  10. The invited person will receive a notification prompting them to accept the invitation and access the TikTok account as an admin or sub-account.

Pinterest:

  1. Log in to your Pinterest account and navigate to your profile.
  2. Click on the three dots (…) or “More” option at the top right corner of your profile.
  3. Select “Account settings” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the “Collaborators” section.
  5. Click on the “Add” button next to “Collaborators.”
  6. Enter the email address or Pinterest username of the person you want to add. (amy@dillardll.com)
  7. Select the role you want to assign to the person (e.g., Admin, Editor, Contributor).
  8. Click on the “Invite” button to send an invitation to the person.
  9. The invited person will receive an email prompting them to accept the invitation and access the Pinterest account as a collaborator.

Snapchat:

  1. Open the Snapchat app and log in to your account.
  2. Tap on your Bitmoji or profile icon located in the top left corner of the screen to access your profile.
  3. Tap on the gear icon or “Settings” located in the top right corner of the screen to access your account settings.
  4. Scroll down and select “Manage” under the “Additional Services” section.
  5. Tap on “Collaborations” or “Collaborators” to manage team members who have access to your account.
  6. Tap on the “Invite Collaborator” button.
  7. Enter the Snapchat username or email address of the person you want to add.
  8. Select the role you want to assign to the person (e.g., Admin, Contributor).
  9. Tap on the “Send Invite” button to send an invitation to the person.
  10. The invited person will receive a notification prompting them to accept the invitation and access the Snapchat account as a collaborator.
